What we collect

When you use our form we collect what you enter: name, phone, email (optional), town, the service you need, test result, foundation type and your message. We also record the page you came from, the date and time, and your IP address to prevent spam. If you call, the call may be routed through a call-forwarding or call-tracking service that logs your phone number, call time and duration, and may record calls if disclosed at the start of the call.

How we use it

To pass your request to an independent radon professional serving your area, to follow up on that request, to keep records of referrals, and to stop abuse. We may share your information with that professional (and, if they can’t help, another participating professional). We don’t sell your information to data brokers.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate. It uses cookies; you can block them in your browser or use Google’s opt-out add-on.

Retention

We keep referral records only as long as needed for the purposes above and our business records.

Your choices

To ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, use the contact form and choose “Privacy request”. Professionals we refer you to have their own privacy practices.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13.
